    Best 19' boat

I will be buying a new boat at some point in the future, had a Ranger for 9 years with no complaints.
Currently thinking of a 519L but chit is expensive!
What 19' boat would you get, say budget is $64,000

If the 519L is more than you’d care to spend get the C. Been a great boat for me and I’m not missing anything.

Phoenix 919 will be cheaper and could run past a 519

What else are you looking for in addition to budget and 19' class?

You could easily get into a BassCat Pantera Classic for less than that price and have it loaded.

A Nitro Z18 is 18' 8" and comes with a lot of extra stuff for around $34,000. Almost half of the Ranger cost. Still yet, go with a Z19 at around $40,000 and still $20,000 less than the Ranger.

I got a 2020 Triton 18TRX and love it. With a 200 pro xs atlas jp ultrex tandem trailer no graphs was $51k out the door. Bought graphs and installed everything i added myself so 2 helix 10 si units was $4k plus a mercmonitor and other stuff so around $6000 worth of extras i installed myself so overall $57k. Had it up to 70 its an amazing boat.

My Phoenix 819 has been a nice boat at a reasonable price range.

For max width and room, a Bass Cat Caracal. Listed at 19'8", nothing close to deck width up front.

BassCat PII or Caracal. You can get a totally loaded PII (upgraded trailer, hydraulic plate, Ultrex, poles and graphs of your choice for around 60K or a nice Caracal for 64K.

Check out Mare Marine in northern Virginia. They sell Phoenix and Bass cat. I run a 19 ft Stratos and if I was replacing it I would look very hard a a Phoenix 919 with a 225. That is a fast, wide boat. If you fish brackish water up there order it with an aluminum trailer.

Nitro is the most affordable boat option there is and the quality has definitely improved over years past ever since they bought out Triton Ranger and Stratos. I’m a Ranger fan but I’d have a hard time spending 65k on a 19’ boat. If money wasn’t an option I’d go with Ranger or BassCat. If you don’t want to spend the same amount as you would on a small house, I’d go with Nitro and get it loaded with all the stuff you want for a fraction of the cost of a new Ranger, or go with a used Ranger

Bass Cat or Phoenix would be my choices if i was to replace my 199 legend. I had a 06 519. Lots of deck space and a stable fishing platform but sucked in rough water

Glass : I would go phoenix bass cat or falcon

Aluminum : X19 xpress (this would likely be my pick period)

$64k for a 19' and you can take your pick and load that sucker out.

Like others mentioned, I'd be in a loaded out Pantera Classic for that price. The Classic has a bit wider and longer front deck than the Pantera II.
