    Lower Unit will not drop

    200 Opti ser# 1B516071.
I’m trying to replace my water pump and my lower unit is stuck! (I mean Really stuck)
I have been following Sherms tips. I loosened the 4 nuts and removed the bolt for the anode plate.
So far I’ve put penetrating oil all around the edge of the mating surface and have been tapping it with a dead blow hammer. I even strategically put 190 lbs on it (I stood on it) to no avail.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get this thing to drop??
    Please help! I’m outa ideas.

Shifter is in neutral. Pitot is disconnected.
The lower unit is still completely in contact with the mid section (hasn’t moved at all).
