It’s pretty much a 1/2ton pickup with a fully enclosed body. It’ll tow any bass boat like a dream. Unlike conventional ideals, you don’t need a full size pick up to tow a 3500lb to 4000lb boat

I have the Denali tows great. When I priced out the Suburban with what I wanted on it and then looked at the Denali I Paid 15 hundred more for it and got more stuff on it. Also 6.2 and 8 speed. For the little bit in price make two more payments and get the Denali.

I’ve had two Avalanche pickups, Burbs with a bed on back. They were the most comfortable trucks I’ve owned to date.

The newer transmissions should make the harsh downshifts while towing I had on mine a thing of the past.

Agreed. Any bassboat is well within the capability of any 1/2 truck platform.

I have a '15 Yukon XL Denali with the 6.2. I pull a Starcraft 2100 Fishmaster in the summer and a 14' enclosed trailer with 2 atv's and ice fishing gear in the winter. Pulls both without a problem. The Starcraft you barely know it's behind the truck. Going on trips highway driving not towing I'm seeing 21-23mpg average. The 6.2 is a beast and I have a Range AFM disabler plugged in all the time.
