Soft plastics getting kinked in bag

I have so many plastics it's actually ridiculous. But one thing that drives me crazy is when you go to get them out of the bag and the tail is kinked up and doesn't have the correct action. Craws, swimbaits, and D-bombs are the worst. Do ya'll still fish with them? Do you have a solution to the problem?

Throw them to the side and put them in some warm, almost hot water, when you get home then lay them out as they should be. I have had really good luck with this. Leave them in the warm water a few minutes so it is warm all the way thru.

Dip them in boiling water for a second using tongs to not burn yourself.

I am experiencing this with my hand poured paddle tail swimbaits. Bought a couple of the worm boxes with the waterproof seal this weekend so I can store them and not get worm oil all over everything in the boat. Gonna recommend the same to my customers. I'm too small-time to blister pack them like some of the big guys do. The warm water suggestions do work very well tho. Might have to prop something up against the paddle to hold it in position while it cools and sets back in shape.

Different blends and brands of plastisol are worse about it than others. The swimbaits I pour I can let cure on a baking pan for a day after being poured and you can store them in a 3700 for months on top of each other with no issues. Took me a few blends before I got it right. Ask your supplier.

A fish will hit the one not swimming like the rest of the school of bait fish, injured or stunned. Predatory instinct to attack the weak. Just fish them.
