yesterday I used my helis 10 g3n for the first time ... it was working perfectly ..... as a magic disappeared the image itself and .... and never came back

Try restoring defaults (Setup Menu).
Just saw that this is being addressed in another thread under Helix 9,10,12 Information Stickie.

I did it
but I find it strange ... my helix 10 g3n and new ... I used it only once ...
I hope I'm lucky
I think it will take me months to solve this problem in Brazil
