    What am I looking at?

Still new to using a fish finder. Sorry for the iphone pictures, I forgot to put my sd card in. What am I seeing on these pictures.

I took these on a river in Texas while bass fishing. I was thinking some of the images that look like fish my be trash in the water. The lake above us had the dam open a few days before these were taken so water was pretty muddy.

Not sure why the bottom color is different. I played with color settings but I thought I had side and down the same?

You need to adjust your contrast / brightness settings on the down vu. Looks like you've got the brightness cranked! I'm not sure what you're looking at but the fish you see are not bass.

The last photo is what some would call the juice... Could be white bass or something too that may not eat a bass lure depending on the lake.

You set the SI and DI color palettes separately. Looks like he may have Crawfish for the DI and copper for the SI. I often use different palettes on the two views even when they are on the same screen.
