    Elite 9 ti2 wiring question

    I installed my unit with the power wired to the fuse block in my 2015 Nitro Z7. When I increase throttle while using side imaging I see some interference. I see a lot of recommendations to wire direct to battery but not many examples of how to do so. It seems to me that the interference might be produced by the charging system of the motor. Is that correct? If so, will I still see that interference if I run #12 wire leads to the console area to wire the unit? I assume I should switch that power to reduce drain when off the water. Any help is appreciated. Especially pics and hardware/bus/wire recommendations. I have no clue what I’m doing.

    Run a wire from unit to a small electronics only fuse block. Run wire from fuse block to switchable breaker close to battery. Run wire to battery.
