    Paella continued.

    I decided to give it a try in a cast iron skillet tonight.
    It wasn't too bad. Next time I'll let it cook a little longer as the rice still had a lot of liquid that wasn't absorbed. I did add some pre-cooked lobster which came out really chewy. I think the dish cooked to long which over cooked the lobster. Paella.jpg

    Here is the recipe and techniques I used. With the exception of using a cast iron skillet instead of a paella pan.
