all Phoenix boats 20ft and up are unlimited on HP but Phoenix will use a rating decal that matches the HP on the boat, if you have the motor and boat serial number they can send you a new decal

Coast guard doesn’t set horse power ratings for boats over 20’ but the manufacturers can put a limit on them
