    C Monster App issues

    I was told to run the diagnostics. Powerpole is closed or I’d call them back. Some app options are greyed out and not available to use. Anyone else with this issue that has a fix? iPhone 10x. I’d take it to a dealer to troubleshoot but the dealers around here take a month to get anything done.
    my issue is that I can cycle the pole a ton of times and it will tighten up for a few minutes and then just become loose again and drag in the water. I’ve already had one mechanic quickly look before a tourney and they couldn’t get it fixed. I assume air is getting in the line somehow? I don’t see where. There are no leaks I can see.
