New spark plug?
SPARK PLUG OR COIL PACK
If I were you I'd think plug wires too if they are factory. Buy a tube of dilectric grease, you'll need it, that is, if you do the work yourself. The factory Iridium plugs are good for 100,000 miles BUT there are counterfeit plugs out there. I think the new plug gap should be .040", not .060".
Replace O2 sensor. I had this on my dakota I took to the shop they replaced converters, plugs, flashed my computer with different program, fuel system cleaning, plugs etc etc cost close to 2k. Ended up being a bad O2 sensor. Question does it run bad for a few mins then run good rest of the day? Until it cools down again and runs rough again a few mins then run good again?

Coil pack or plugs and wires, just had coil pack go bad on my daily driver, junk yard replacement was 60$

Coils are cheap, why would you get one from a junk yard? I hope you at least got all 8 for $60.
A code P0300 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked/leaking EGR valve / passages

Defective computer

I would also think about fuel system may not be getting enough fuel. But as said before plugs wires if not been changed and then go from there

His many miles? Last time spark plugs and fuel filter were changed? A general misfire like that can be a lot of things. On a 5.3ls motor the coil packs are really good and the wires are 6-8” long usually. I’d start with the basics. Fuel filter, plugs, air filter and see if that takes care of the issue.
I would also clean the throttle body and the maf sensor. If it happens after that I hope you get a specific cylinder misfire and we can go from there.
