It's over the banks in Williamston --- Almost into the parking lot at Moratoc Park if you know where that is. Highest I've ever seen it. I can't speak for the 45 Bridge Ramp but the Main Street boat ramp has a floating dock and you'll be fine there. The 45 Bridge Ramp has the tendency to flood when it's high but again... the main street ramp is fine.

It's fine around Plymouth area, Stripers are chewing all the way to williamston, high water scatters them past Jamesville. Most productive areas have been 45 bridge to Jamesville, closer to Plymouth the better in my opinion as the water seems to be more stable there.
