Question 300XS - has ECM been replaced?

I am looking at a pair of 2010 300XS with 200 hours on them(per smart craft gauges) I do not have access to a scan tool to read ECM.
I'm concerned that the engines "could" have more hours on them and that the ECM's were replaced previously, thus showing 200 hours.
Is there anyway to tell by looking at the external ECM if it's original or has been replaced?

    Maybe... but not guaranteed.

Good starting point would be to provide the Engine Serial Numbers (which are required when posting)... and if possible, a picture of the PCM on each engine.
