I had it replaced like 2 months ago after it blew out, and this past weekend it blew out again. Is there a better/stronger one available from Mercury or aftermarket ? Motor only has like 90hrs on it.

Fuel pump diaphragm is only available in a KIT, Part# 857005A1. Haven't seen too many problems with the Pulse Fuel Pump Kits in the past- any chance you have a picture of the "blew out" diaphragm?
