    Question regarding Livescope install?

If only running one Garmin unit dedicated to Livescope LVS32, is it necessary to use the network cable from the GLS10 to the unit?

    Thanks, John

Yes that what sends your image to the unit.

Now that I think about it, that makes perfect sense! That cable is so short though. About the only place to install it is under the bow cover.

You can get extension cables, or make your own.

    I bought items 010-12528-01 and 010-12531-00.
Network extension cable and coupler to extend the cable and mount black box under my console.

It real Really simple but since you have to ask probably not worth the try, also the purchased one from garmin has a waterproofing connection that may be hard to find.

It comes with directions or you can go online at garmin.com and download them.

If you're interested in making you own cables, I'm selling two pairs in the sale forum, lol.
