Wedge/Teardrop Marker/Clearance Light Replacement

2003 trailer. These are the orange lights/reflectors toward the front of the trailer. On the port side, the light is mounted on the trailer frame. On the starboard side, the light is mounted on the fiberglass step. They are 5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide and shaped like a wedge. I called Ranger and was told they don't have them anymore. Has anyone found a source to match the originals? Thanks.

For my 2000 model,I bought replacement LED lights from wally world that fit the same footprint as the originals,you might try them.

I looked....could not find any that matched. I replaced both with square ones
