    I read a couple months ago where they were looking at their options including mortgaging Philmont or possibly selling some of it off because they were having financial issues.

    sad news. I was involved in the Boy Scouts leadership, and my son spent 7 years in the Scouts. He earned his Eagle Scout. Lots of great memories!
