    Disconnecting unit from fuse panel

Guys, I’m attempting to uninstall an Echomap Chirp 73sv from my console and install a new Echomap Plus 93sv in its place. Here’s question #1)

when removing my units power wires from the fuse panel below my console, do I disconnect the ground/negative wire first, then the positive wire?

I know for installing, it’s positive first then ground wire, and have the fuse in place before connecting. I’m just not sure the proper order for uninstalling.

thanks for the help. Picture added if it helps.

What difference it would make if you removed the power cable from the back of the unit first?
My wife asks if I'm going to fish every day. I can't fish every day. Some days I might be sick.
