No court. Senate committee voted 10-5 to push it out for a year. With the provision that the "crime commission" research it. A win but must stay vigilant. It's also time for us gun owners to step up and reach out to the to other side and offer our powerful help against actual criminals, crime and violence. No laws stop the criminals, they have to be put away. Families have to stay together. Parents need to get up and go to work. And teach that a job is a big part of the solution. Looks awful tempting to make big money selling dope vs 8 hours at minimum wage. You know how you grow. But if you grow up and never see your parent go to work, you don't realize that is what people do

We are in this together. Nobody should have to live with gunfire in the streets as a normal thing. I can afford higher taxes for a new prison. And I will support Law Enforcement and the Courts to put bad people in them.
