360 imaging with helix gen 1

Can I use 360 imaging with a helix gen 1 fish finder ? Anything special I need or is everything I would need come in the package ? Thanks

Yes, if the unit is Ethernet capable. Need the AS EC QDE Ethernet adapter.
Not the MEGA 360 though.

These older 360’s that came with the gps module. Do they need to be hook up as well. Can you not use the internal gps like the helix came with?

The AS GPS HS comes with the 360 so you can mark and display waypoints on the 360 view. The Head Sensor part (compass) is what shows direction. No display has an internal heading sensor.

Just to make sure, all of the above comments are assuming you are talking about the original AS 360 and not the Mega 360 (you didn't specify)... It won't work with the Mega 360.
