Buy a piece of Marine Starboard from Tap Plastics and make your own. You can get any size you want and cut it with normal woodworking tools. I rough cut it with my bandsaw then fine turn it to fit with my sander. Cost about $10. You can also have the marine starboard hydrodipped with any color or shape you like.
