RIP our BBC friend Jim Maggart

Smallmouth Guy has gone to catch smallmouth with our God in heaven after battling cancer for the last two years among other things such as heart disease, back problems and what ever else he had. All that time didn’t keep him from fishing with his grand kids and family. He introduced me to BBC back in 2004, he loved being on here and trying to help guys learn how to drive their Tritons!! We all meet one day at Ky Lake for a cook out and some nice little boat racing, some good memories of Jimbo!!!

    For his family today please!

Cant believe that there are no older friends on here that knew Jimbo, he did so much for all the guys running Tritons, helping them so much learn how to drive them, even made a video showing how its done. adjust a very great man who loved helping other Triton owners with the boat driving skill

Prayers for his family and friends. Cancer is an ugly word and terrible how it often takes great people away from all of us.

I would love to read some of his posts on Triton Chine Walk but do not know Jim's user name.

    Maybe someone has a link.

Never had the pleasure of meeting Jim ( smallmouth guy ) but talked to him frequently on here. I also have the bad word & kinda know the pain & misery he endured. Rest In Peace Mr. Jim & prayers to your family, I'm sure you are deeply missed.

Thank you all for the wonderful thought and Prayers. They are what gets through this time of heartache. He was a wonderful husband, father, and pawpaw. He will be missed by so many. Along with fishing one of his greatest passions was helping others. Whether it was teaching them, pushing them to be proud of their work and accomplishments, or to just try new things. At one time he would spend hours in the evenings on here chatting with the various members. And the cookout at Fenton was great. The chance to meet BBC friends and put a face to post

Life will go on and it will be up to each of us to Live our Lives to the fullest and doing what we can to help others. You never know when You may be sent to be the answer to someone else’s Prayer. I know that I have had many Prayers answered by Angels that walk among us here on Earth

Peace, Love, and Prayers to all of You!

    RIP Jim

    Smallmouthguy’s wife
    (Janet)
