    04 200 DI oil?

    I just bought a new to me 04 champion 188 elite with an 04 evinrude 200 DI model# E200FPLSRB Ser. # 03041676
Should I be using XD 50 or XD 100?

In cold temperatures you have to use XD-100 but above 40°F you can use either one. The synthetic blend XD-50 is less expensive than fully synthetic XD100 oil.

You can do what you want but I run the XD-100 year round for it's cleaning properties. With the 100 I don't have to decarb the engine....It can be found cheaper than at the dealers online at domo-online, Amazon, leaders rpm..I get it in the 3 gallon case delivered to my door at prices much cheaper than the dealer. I just check with all 3 of those online sites for the best deal ...

Sounds good. I figure if theres one place not to go cheap is the life blood of an engine.
    Thank you for the suggestion
