2018 dash "tick"

I got a 2018 Eyra and randomly, the dash makes a "tick, tick, tick,tick,tick" sound. Won't shut off for minutes. Then stops. Any ideas anyone?

Is it when you have a compartment lid open? My 18 Lynx will do it if I leave a lid open for an extended length of time.

So the million dollar question BCB...do I just leave alone or fix it? And if so, how do I fix it. The lids are closed.

Sounds like you have a switch that is not functioning when the lid is closed.
I would definitely check each one. Your closing all the lids but one is still leaving your light on and activating the timer, which will eventually turn it off.

Make sure none of the locker switches have loosened. Nuts backed off or a broken wire.
Check them (switches) for correct operation with a multi-meter. I believe the contacts are OPEN when pressed. I could be wrong.

I needed to lube the switches on under the lids as some would stick open. This was when it was pretty new. No problems since then.
