What does everyone use to waterproof marine plywood floors?
Epoxy thinned a bit on the first coats. Second coat to be applied after first coat cures but still tacky for full chemical bond.
If you want to cut weight for not much more money, look at Penski Board composite. Strong and very light, just coat it with the resin and install. Holds screws very well and cuts like wood
Any particular brand or source for the epoxy. Wondering where I can purchase it.
West Systems is my go to brand. Go to their website for instructions about thinning & waterproofing.
You can buy online or West Marine stocks but high price.
System three is nice to work with. Their silver tip saturates glass better than their general purpose. 2:1 ratio is simple to work with.

Bateau.com has a good 2:1 epoxy for a good price and they ship. They also have fiberglass and other supplies.
