    If an injector is blocked

This coincides with another post where the poster blew his motor and a blocked injector was determined to be the cause. It leaned out the cylinder with disastrous results.So...if an injector becomes completely blocked, wouldn't the operator immediately feel the miss? How about partially blocked? Harder to detect but would the results ultimately be the same?

Blackboat- if you would, please take a moment to review the Forum Announcements, and be sure to provide the Required Info (serial number) when posting. Thanks!

In part- the answer to your question would depend on what/which engine we are discussing. 2-Stroke EFI models delivery oil with the fuel... so a fuel delivery problem is ALSO AN OIL DELIVERY PROBLEM.

Optimax engines provide fuel directly to the combustion chamber, oil delivered separately.

Fourstrokes are a whole different scenario.

The one common factor is that LEAN conditions are not good for any of the above.
