Going to chick in July and need a couple suggestions on places to stay, must have hook up for my boat. New to the lake and want to go and check it out so any help would be great.

With all the rain and current we have had this year I wouldn’t expect to find much grass. If we don’t have grass then I hope you like fishing offshore because that’s where they will be.

Blue Water is the best place to stay on the lake. Couple hotels in Soddy if you want to be mid-lake.

Night bite is best in July but def a lot of fish offshore that time
    Trim up

We had more rain and high dirty water till later in the year last year and the grass still came up pretty well. With it not getting too cold there's still quite a bit of living grass if you know where to look
