    1999 Stratos Fuse Panel

    Can someone please help me with this type of fuse panel? The bulb style covers will unscrew and underneath is small white cap it appears. How do you get the fuses in and out? I wouldn't imagine taking the whole panel off to swap fuses.

    Circuit breakers ain't they? I know mines identical & they're circuit breakers.
