The dealer is telling me it’s a 2011, can anyone confirm 2010 was the last year for this model before I travel 5 hours to look at it. Thank you blkfalc4 for the info.

Do you have a link for the boat listing? A 2011 is most likely a Z520

I am pretty certain the 2008 model was the last year for the Z20. I was told mine was one of the last ones off the production line and they were already producing the Z520 at the same time. Mine was actually built at the end of 2007, but is a 2008 model Z20.

It has to be a Z120, '08 was the last year for the Z20

It's just a re-branding of the original Z20 without the deck hatch rail system. I attached a link with specs in my earlier post. I owned a Z20 for ten years with an Opti Pro XS 225 and primarily fished Erie out of it. The Z20 had a great layout and fished like a dock. the larger rear deck and related larger rear storage was awesome for carrying two of everything like we always did on Erie and the rear deck was really comfortable. The downsides are the boat runs fairly flat though a four blade prop and hydraulic plate will help this. Don't buy the boat unless it has a 10" plate as you really need this for just to obtain basic performance. I had a 10" Bob's hydraulic. Ride was OK but not nearly as good as the Z520. Mine ran 68 mph with typical load. I always liked the proportions of the Z20 with its shallower hull. It looked faster than it was!

I had an 08 Z20 and agree with everything that Eric stated above. The boat is a great fishing platform. Very stable and has lots of storage. I loved my boat and it performed well. It's not as good in rough water as my Z520C but I never had an issue with it.

The last year for the z20 did not have the rail locking system. I believe 2010 was the last year.

If it helps, Just noticed there's a 2011 Z20 for sale in the "used boats" section and it doesn't have the rail system.

My fishing partner has a 2011 Z120. It’s a nice boat. Rides good in rough water. He has a Mercury 225 Opti and it runs about 68. I think it’s the same layout as a Z20.

I believe the last two numbers in the hull I.D. is the year.
