What type of lettuce is everyone using for wraps. Have recently tried Romaine and Butter lettuce but both seem to get a bit soggy with heat.
Any other options you all recommend ?

Use the heads of lettuce
Use iceberg or Boston(Bibb) lettuce. Rinse them and put them in the fridge while cooking the meat, so they will be cold and crisp. Also, transfer the meat concoction from the pan to a bowl so it cools slightly. You want it warm not piping hot when it hits the lettuce.
