    paella?

    Anyone cook paella in a cast iron skillet? How did the rice turn out?

    My guess is that the rice on the bottom would possibly get a little crispy and would be fantastic. I use a paella pan for mine but a local Asian restaurant uses iron skillets for bibimbop and the rice forms a great crust on the bottom
