    4 inch Jackplate Question

For anyone that has installed a 4 inch jackplate on their boat. Did you have to buy longer cables? Thanks in advance.

How tight is the turn on the cable now?
Can you pull the cable without taking the motor off the transom? If you can you’re fine.
