Well the point I was making is that, units and powerpoles can run you $20,000. Outboard motor and troller $23,000. Trailer $5,000. It's 2020 folks! The days of the 20k to 30K bassboats are long gone. And honestly, if you have haven't purchased a new boat in 20 or 30 years, chances are you're not going to buy one anyway. Bass boats in the 80k-90k price range have been selling for awhile now. One of the first Vexus bass boats sold for over $103,000 fully loaded. So, at the end of the day. Buy what you can afford. The market will dictate the price of the boats not your complaining. JMHO

Exactly the same thing I have been saying. 15in screens, 2 poles, V8 4 stoke, spot lock TM ... all this junk is 50K alone.

That 21' Base Package at $87,221 has only about 10K between the electronics, powerpoles, Ultrex and jackplate. Allowing 20K for the motor and you're still at 57K for the boat and trailer. That does seem a bit high.

They are now under new ownership. The old owner (Bob Ackerbloom) handed off the process and molds to new people. I think that if they sell some boats, get some forward momentum and some good press, they will very easily take a spot in the current "high class, high end" bass boat market. I wish the new owners all the luck, building bass boats, especially unconventional ones like Gamblers is a tough business, but it's a great product, so I am sure they will sell. If I had a spare $100k, I might sell my 209 and order a new one, they are sweet.
