There has been a guy at the Barren Bassmasters fishing swap the last couple of years who does this and reel repairs. I'll look for his card but hopefully someone will chime in with his contact info.
Give Jay Hunt at Jays Custom Rods in Auburn KY a call and he can fix you up. He can build you a rod or repair one etc. He also does a great job cleaning reels. 270-543-4589. He is located just across the county line just off 68/80.
Jay Hunt is a good friend of mine and an awesome rod builder. He can repair just about anything and he builds great custom rods. He has built many for me and I have never been disappointed. Great guy to do business with.
Butch Skillern is very talented. Has the smalljaw rod series and builds on MHX and St Croix blanks.
