can any one tell me if there is anywhere in western or central ny that has any kind of tackle making supplies,looking to make some jigs and I would like to put my hands on some hooks rather than take a chance ordering them also need som misc stuff line line grip swivels to pour some drop shots,thanks

Lurepartsonline has the hooks and inserts for dropshot weights as for hooks it should tell you on your mold which hook is right for you . janns netcraft is good also

Not that I know of in WNY. I pour Ned heads, dropshot weights, etc. and get most of my stuff through barlowstackle.com
