Anyone fish ranger lake???

I have, I've been a member on and off since I was a kid. I joined the last few years again but never got the time to put the boat in, just shooting at the range. I plan on getting her in this year though. A 8.5 lb. Largemouth was caught two years ago, biggest I caught was 6lb. There's some big fish in that lake.

Anyone can join. It's $70 for an adult before March 1st $75 after + $20 for the boat.

Yep It's primarily a trout lake/ quarry, that's what most people fish for. The season opens April 25th so usually by the beginning/ middle of June there isn't much traffic aside from when they have a couple of contests and after a stocking.

Belonged to it years ago. Never had a boat there and really didn't get over there much. It's a clear deep mine hole/quarry.There are some nice fish in there though.
