    Skeg repair around Birmingham?

    Got a 150 xr6 that I’ve knocked nearly the whole skeg off backing up and skeg hit a curb. No damage to anything but the skeg. Who should I take it to in Alabama and have them replace the skeg. Any idea what the price may be? Thanks!

    There should be a good aluminum welder somewhere close to you. If not I can put you in touch with a good one in Decatur. Probably 80 mile or so drive. He has repaired mine twice and did an excellent job. If u want his contact info PM me. I will be gone this morning and won't see a PM until late today. BTW mine was XR6 also.
