    Jack Plate opinions

    Hey guys,

I have a 2016 Bullet XRS with a 250 ProXS. It came with a 14 inch manual jackplate and I have a brand new 4" Atlas hydraulic plate that I want to mount. From what I understand, Bullet does not warrant the transom with anything beyond 14 inches, so I guess I need to remove the 14 inch plate and replace it with a 10 inch plate.

My question is whether I should buy another 10 inch manual plate, but i will not need the adjustment. Is a better route to buy some sort of a 10 inch spacer?

    What would you guys recommend?

    Brad

What AV said, atlas has different size spacers just for the situation you are in. I’m doing the same but I’m going to a full Bobs 14” action jac.

I would call Steve @ Hydro Dynamics and see if he can make you some 10” side plates to convert what you have.

I would go with a new bobs action plate and sell both jack plates you have.... thats just my opinion tho. I dont like the way atlas has the extensions.
