Just a heads up, Clewiston 8am February 22nd 2020. There will be a protest of the spraying. Numbers help. This will be on the second
day of Bass Pro Tour's tournament.

Fished there over the last 2 weeks. The amount of dead foilage mucking up the bottom was surprising. Several reports of spray boats out on the lake (Whittens pass and observation island) There were three "aquatic" trucks with empty trailers at the Fish eating creek ramp off 78 this past Tuesday. If I was still there in February then I would be there. The issue will be included in the survey we were given to fill out for the tournament.

Wasn’t the grass killed on the Chic in Tennessee a number of years ago?If I remember,after not being able to stop the spraying,the local bass boaters & other fishermen formed a rolling blockade with their rigs of the businesses areas near the Chic.The businesses started losing money & started backing the fishermen & they started getting their grass back.Maybe,someone who remembers this story will add more to it.

I think in the 80's early 90's something like that was done in Florida. Tallahassee they had the rigs rolling and shut down the Florida Govt. I can't find any info on it though. Something like that is going to need to happen. Just sick what they have done.

I sincerely hope they start HEARING us instead of giving lip service. Spraying during the spawn, great idea!

I think it will be a good turn out. BPT will be on the water. I think some of those guy's are going to have there eyes opened on how different the lake is.
