What do you guys use in moderate to heavy stained water that's in the 50's? Rattlebaits, rattling crankbaits, spinnerbaits, bladed baits, etc.? Or should I just throw another log on the fire?

Depends on if the water was 40 degrees and now 50, or was 60 degrees and now 50. In the first scenario I'd through a lipless crankbait. In the second scenario I'd through another log.
We can only dream about 50's here at the moment, but when we do hit 50s, I'd for sure have a Chatterbait and an Indiana/colorado bladed spinnerbait on in stained water.
I’d be throwing a lipless, spinnerbait, jig, bladed jig, and a red square bill. But it will make a difference if it’s warming, steady, or dropping
Steady 50 degree heavy stained water equals red skirt spinner bait with #4 oversize willow blade and small colorado. If that does not work a red square bill, both slowly

Chatterbait.... slow roll it in 5-10ft of water on the nearest dropoff to a spawning flat. If there are brushpiles around, even better. You might not get bit a ton but the ones you do get bit by will be BIG!
This ^^^^^^
In those situations I'd have a chatterbait, swimjig, dt 6, and dt 10 tied on and focus on rock and gravel banks close to deep water drops. Every cast would either grind hard along the bottom or bounce hard off a stump or laydown
A big black and chartreuse squarebill...and spinnerbait
Black/Blue Chatter
Thanks!
Thats when the shad raps come out to play. Slow and easy but keep them banging bottom
Prime time to throw a spro rk crawler, chatterbait, and spinnerbait
