upgrading to an ultrex

hey guys i am going to upgrade to an ultrex soon and was just wondering if it work with my 999 core model fish finder? Or if i went with the ipilot link model would it work? and also would the built in sonar/ds/si on it plug into the 999 fish finder? just trying to figure out if i would need to buy a new fishfinder if i got one of the fancier models of ultrex.

Only a SOLIX and second or third generation Helix is compatible with the Minnkota MDI or MSI transducer.
