1999 - OX 66 - YAMAHA 200 HP - WHAT Prop to run?

What pitch PROP do guys typically run with this motor -on a 19 foot boat(skeeter) Zx195c?
Three blade /four blade?

I'd try a 25P Yamaha M or a Tempest.

Need to watch prop diameter as well as pitch.

If I remember correctly, the M and the Tempest are 13" dia. The T1's are bigger. I know the new SHO props are 15"

Not sure how big a wheel would physically fit those old motors.

Have a 19ft Champ with that motor, I'd be hard pressed to run anything other than a 25M.

I have a 25M and 25 Tempest Plus. I give the edge to the Tempest. I tried a 26 Tempest and didn’t like it.

solas s3 24 pitch or 25 pitch 15.125 dia vented removable hub. A little more than 1/2 the cost of a yamaha or tempest. I have most of them in stock

I’ve ran the 25 pitch Yamaha M for years works great for quick take offs and top end speed

Mines a 02 with a 27T

i have the exact same boat! i'll let you know! Mine has gone 68 MPH with myself and another guy. fully loaded. Although my Prop is Blue printed.
