    ZX Updates

It's obvious that Phoenix is doing really well from a market share stand point, but it sounds like the FXR is a great answer. Do you guys think we'll see Skeeter bring some of the updates from the FXR to the ZX next year? Seems like the back deck configuration is a no brainier.

The new ZX150 incorporates the back deck lid configuration of the FXR. I agree - it's a no brainer compared to the current back end configuration of the ZX's.

Hopefully they update the ZX200 now, it is the oldest current design and is way overdue.

The ZX line is Skeeter's top selling boats...It would only make sense for their next move is to update/redesign the ZX's. Hopefully, we see that soon.

They did update the ZX190 to the new ZX150 I believe.

Keep asking for updates, boys. The price will update also.

That ZX line is the best line of fishing boats made, as it is.

I agree. I love my 2018 zx250. The rear compartment is tight but I got a fully loaded rig at a great price and it is a better ride than a majority of the rigs out there.

I’m sure they’ll keep the price the same if they don’t update the hull and deck layout...

There has always been a small yearly price increase. That being said Skeeter did not jack up the price of the FXR from the previous FX models.

The rear deck layout from the FXR would definitely be nice. I really wish they would put the single lid on the center box on the front deck and not the butterfly lids. I use it as tackle storage and its a pain in the arse to reach under the center deck support between the lids to get stuff.

Is the dry dock feature something you guys use? I think I would rather have that dry dock box out of the way under my day box. I could use the storage.

    I bought my first ZX200 in 2002. $29,000.

Just bought a new 2020. $50,000 dollars. Basically the same boat.

That's $1,111 per year. Actually a little more than that because the 2002 was the top of the line at that time and was rigged better, at least for 2002.

I had a wrecked boat and robbed almost $6,000 in electronics off it for the new boat.

Nothing gets cheaper !! Course I make a lot more than I did 18 years ago, also.
