I currently have a Carbon 12 at the helm and a HDS Gen 3 7” at the bow. Just sold a Gen 2 and may want to upgrade the Gen 3 7” at the bow. What would you guys get for up front? Just upsize to a 9” or 12” or go to the LiveSight?

Heh, how old are you? At 51, its hard for me to see detail on my Live 9 while standing at the bow. I wish I had a 12 up there.

Go for a 9 or 12 Live. Nobody knows how long Carbons will be supported but I doubt it will be much longer. I’m mid-50s and I can see a Live 9 just fine.
Just FYI Livesight is a type of transducer and connects directly to a Live unit. If you get a Carbon, a module is required for Livesight.
