Now the young whippersnapper does have a point, however in my case a few errors. I only worked my worthless union job for twenty four years before being retired for a disability. That worthless job does provide me with very low/no cost RX medicines for life. My kids are not entering the workforce but my grandchildren are getting pretty close. I have to close, since I'm old I need more time to go clean my boat and Denali Duramax, travel trailer that my worthless life allowed me to pay cash for. He is right, my body has become pretty pathetic.
My appoligies, I guess I highjacked this thread. Old eyes ain't what they used to be. Completely miss "Today's Older Workforce". He!! I don't qualify, haven't worked in years.

When we were kids we were ridiculed for listening to the " British Invasion " music. We now ridicule this generation for being " gamers " Each generation has good, hard working people and slugs walking through life looking for a free ride. We respected our seniors and were raised by the greatest generation. But, not all my friends were outstanding citizens.lol I see the same in todays society. Some mama's boys who at the present time are pretty useless. Then I see teenagers working to pay their way through school. And, above all , some outstanding young men and women fighting in Iraq, Afghanistan and where ever else ' Uncle " sends him.
I see you triggered some boomers on here.
FISHINGISLYFE, The biggest mistake we made was raising kids like you. It was a different world then. Your gonna be where we are someday. Then you will turn around and see what an idiot you are.

I just don’t like most young people. Sue me. Lol
I am not to happy with the young generation. I remember back in my 20s and 30s I would always do heavy lifting or strenuous jobs for the older fellows. Thinking to myself I would not want to see my dad do. Now that I’m older, Cancer survivor. And still work 50 to 60 hours a week so I can make 100k a year. Young guys I work with I have to train to do the work and after they are there long enough to have an under of job. Then they don’t wanna help you do a dam thing cause they are on Tender or bookface . You say something to them and they mumble back to you.
The only thing that triggers me is people who won't work when they could and want a handout. More power to you for finding success better than your upbringing.

I’m old, cranky, set in my ways, ache, limp, lost my hair, can’t see even with glasses, get constipation too often, I’m overweight.....but I’ve done all you young ones have done and can say I lived through it.
