I would really have to think hard about it. I like the XRS but I still like the top end numbers of the XRD.

Those are 2 completely different boats. Both have good points. I've not fished out of an XRS but I do own a SST which has a top cap like an XRS. A friend of mine has a 21XRD and I love the deck layout of it. With the step as a door I think is better than the XRS make it easier to get in that center compartment. It is also 10 inches longer than the XRS.

I traded a 2017 XRS for a new RDC. Never really liked the way the XRS performed.
I do miss my 20 XD.

What is the difference in the two, the top cap and layout? I have an 08 21XRS and it looks exactly like the yellow and silver 21XRD on the bullet website. Has the exact same layout including the front step being the access to the center storage compartment. Did the old XRS become the XRD?
I had both , the XRS is a fishing machine ! The layout is not a debate not close everything you didn't like about the X boat is fixed , just not having to pull seats forward to get in the rear compartments is great alone , the battery compartments not facing backwards no chance of falling in the water jump starting , 3 coolers is nice , a day box , the console moved towards the center I like the extra room .Believe it or not a softer ride due to shift in weight and new style seats.
That being said I do like the performance of the X boat better, much better lift due to weight further back , less porpoiseing at low speeds. Great big front deck you can not go wrong with either boat , I like the vinyl texture finish it hides any scratches from rods ect.
The main hull stripe on the X boat is eye candy and missed on the S boat.

Bullet didn't make an XRS in 08, first model year of the XRS was 2013. The interior layout is very different.
yes but the console is more to the center and forward on the XRS making the weight more forward . Larger rear deck also for the XRS.

Now I'm more confused, it has the 21XRS decals on the side, but the TX certificate of number card has 21RDC on it, which as I understand is a dual console model. Guess I'll have to check the title when I get home.
I would perfer the xrd over the xrs. If I couldn't have an ss or sst the xrd would be what I wanted.
