    Injector post removal question.

    07 ProXS 1B372422

    300 hours on it.

I will be removing the fuel injectors and sending them out for cleaning. My concern is a carbon dam. If I remove the injectors, will I require a special tool for install or do I need anything special for reinstall?

New seals or anything of the such?

    Any help is appreciated.

The carbon dams on a USED injector will normally not swell excessively. Be sure to individually wrap the Direct (Air) Injectors to protect them from impact or damage.
