Just got a chance to buy two Lithium batteries 12 volt 75 AH for $200. Would these be good enough for a 24 volt trolling motor circuit? I have a Noco charger it might be able to work.

I think you will be fine. Noco should charge them. 75 ah should be plenty for 24 volt.
