    Some image interpretation questions

This is a shot I took a few weeks ago with a helix 7 mega si g3.

It looks like a bridge to me. I have 3 paper maps of this lake, they all show the old road beds and bridges, one of the maps is 40 years old. None of them show a road bed or bridge in this area. Maybe it's a piece off a broken dock? Any guess on how high the left side of the "bridge" is, its makeing a good size shadow?

I think I see 2 fish on the right side toward the bottom of the image and maybe 1 fish in the shadow below the bridge?

From looking at other images on the forum I think my contrast and sensitivity may be to high?

What do you see? All thought, ideas, and advice appreciated.

Nice shot. I agree with you in that it could be part of an old bridge of some kind. It looks like it has some height on it due to the size of the shadow of is casting. Yes I definitely see the 2 fish you mentioned on the bottom right of your image. Overall your image is a little bit but really nice for 95 feet distance on each side. You may want to try a shorter distance like 70 feet of just view your SO on the right side only to make the image even bigger. Would really like to see a down image shot running from shallow to deep over this image of you can get one. Thanks for posting.

I would do as Roy suggested and get images of it by making passes in different directions if I wanted to see exactly what it is .... yet there is something tall there casting that wide shadow.

I'm going to try and get some more images when I can get back on the lake.

Tha shadow is about 10 ft, so I'm gonna guess the structure is about 4 ft high on the left side?

Looks like a guitar stuck in the bottom and that is the neck with the fret board sticking up. At 10 high on the body that would be one huge guitar. Don

Could it be just an old road that stopped at the old channel?
