Maybe if you could explain exactly what you are wanting to do,we could come up with something. I’m sure you know that you can use your remote to use any function.

He's a BBC member. BeachCustoms. You can PM him here! I think the motorcycle shop is something different.

What is happening is some foot well's are deeper than others, making it tough to access the buttons. My nephew has the same issue on his Triton and he loved the idea. (He added an aftermarket tray). I've got a Comfort Troll D-LUX (looks like what's in the pic) and I think I've read where it can be an issue with those. I would guess another option would be to just add a spacer below the tray?

When I ordered from Confortroll they had two models. One an inch less deep to better access to the foot buttons. Works great.

Might be able to add a spacer under the entire peddle to raise it up enough

Upon recommendation of a fellow BBC'er, Using a ComforTroll pan from my old Fortrex, I made a wedge and shimmied up just the front of my Ultrex foot pedal, keeping with the smaller tray (An Ultrex tray would've meant more extensive sawzall cutting on my 185 Ranger) making all the buttons fairly accessible and in almost the same position as my Fortrex pedal.I painted the wedge black and you can barely even see it. The original recessed tray install was like 3 hrs on my Ranger. Any other boat would've only took an hour. So much material to cut through on a Ranger!!!

I don't see why you couldn't use a Bluetooth version of that to connect to the ultrex, it works on the remote, why not just a fixed version that is easier to get to? Great idea. I'm sure minnkota would want it to be theirs though. Doubt they let an aftermarket company run the code.

I'd think a small piece of rubber from Ace Hardware glued to the switch button would work. Double stick tape would probably work.

Wait a day or two and T & H will have something for $19.95 with KVD embossed on it.

It will be a little piece of rubber with self adhesive on the back that you glue to the switch button.
